Advice!HELP

My relationship with my bf isn’t what I want anymore. This year will be our 7th year together. I’m just 20 years old, but I’m not leaving because he did this or this to me. He didn’t do me wrong for leaving, it’s just that I want to be alone, & have time for myself. I hopped from one relationship to the next before him & it’s like where was that break most girls have before the next relationship you know? I just can’t find the right words to tell him without him thinking I’m leaving him for someone else because I’m not and I’ve made that clear to myself.
