Has this happened to you?

Hello everyone, i need insight on this situation if you ladies would be so kind

So 2 days ago my boyfriend and myself had sexual intercourse that was pretty rough then the usual. Today I had irritation to my labia minora and of course i checked and noticed some redness and very very small bumps... my question is could that be irritation from the rough sex or should i be making an appointment to see my Doc?
