Stuck between a rock and a hard place...

Guys I need help. I’ve been dating this guy for 2 years, we’re both 19, we’ve been through quite a bit together and love each other, but I’m debating breaking it off. His family absolutely loathes me (they’ve met me once) and refuse to listen to us. We’ve tried talking to them, giving them time, everything.

Now, our options seem to be either continue to date in secret (but his parents are very controlling and make this difficult), or break it off until he’s able to move out... I hate both these options! We love each other very much but the stress his parents put us though is taking a toll... what would you do in this situation?
