11 month sleep regression? Leap?

Anyone else’s 11 month baby going thru a sleep regression? Is it due to a leap? Ever since she turned 11 months, almost to the day, she is waking every two hours thru the night again. Usually won’t settle on her own until I go in. Top that with fighting her afternoon nap (which most days she desperately needs) and I am back to walking mombie again.

Doesn’t help now that she has had a horribly wicked cold coughing nasal drip and awful coughing. I haven’t had a worry free sleep in over 5 days.

Omg I’m so glad you posted this. As soon as my girl turned 11 months she began waking up once or twice a night and up at 6a. She used to sleep all night. Going on two weeks of this and hoping it ends soon.

My son had his 7th leap when he was 10 months old. And since he’s been 10 months old (now 11 months old) his sleep has been shit. He wakes constantly. Sometimes the pacifier wouldn’t even do the trick. The last two nights he’s actually been okay. But we went a solid 3 weeks without one good nights sleep. His next leap is in 12 days and I’m really not excited. We’ve been working on a light CIO method for him to start learning to self soothe again. He used to be great at it but again around 10 months everything changed. It’s like we took 50 steps back.

According to wonder weeks my so who is now 11 months, went through leap 7 at 10 months but it said that he might be a little more clingy and whiny. His next leap isn't for a few more weeks, don't know whether I should expect it to get worse or better but The past couple weeks have been the worst and I haven't been able to figure why either. My son fights sleep at naps and bed time and then wakes up anywhere between every 30min to 3 hours. He's also been super whiny and just cries alllllll the time. I've tried everything, feeding him, changing him, burping him, gas drops, Tylenol/Motrin. He looks like he's gonna have some teeth coming in soon but whatever it is, I hope it ends soon because I am exhausted 😛
