Massive blood clot😕

I’ve never posted on her before so I hope this isn’t too much of a TMI, but earlier today I was having the worst period cramps of my life so I decide I’d have a hot bath to try and help them a little bit. Then when I got in the bath my stomach starts hurting even more. After a while felt as though I just needed to fart so I pushed a little to you know to help the fart on its way a bit, and I ended up passing the biggest blood clot of my life. I don’t know if this is something I need to go to the doctors about or whether it’s just completely normal?
