I’ve order things of if Adam and Eve and it is incredibly discreet. I’m talking plain brown box, no branding, no labeling, nothing says Adam and Eve on it. I’m not sure how Spencer’s packaging looks, it probably says Spencer’s on it but you could always say it’s just clothes or something cause they aren’t exclusively a sex toy shop.
