please give me advice !

I’m in the 8th grade right know, I’ll be in high school when summer ends. There is this boy that transferred to my school a month ago, me and him talked like probably three times. Me and him have two classes together, and in those classes he would always stare at me. I kinda like him, he seems like a good guy. I feel like he wants to talk to me but he’s shy, I want to talk to him too but I’m shy. I always catch him staring at me, and then I look at him and we just make eye contact. My problem is that next year I’ll be in a different high school than him. The high school he is going to is my base school, a base school is a school that you’re supposed to go to based on your area. The high school I’m going to is a transport high school, a transport high school is a school where it specializes classes you want to take. I’m having second thoughts on going to the transport high school, I feel like I should just go to my base school just to see him. Our school year ends at June 8, I want to try and get his snapchat or number. So that I can at least have contact with him. But i don’t know how to ask for it. Can someone give me advice on asking a boy his snapchat, without them thinking you’re interested in them. Like let’s say I wanna ask for his snapchat so I can get more views or to start a streak. Someone give me tips please. Oh yeah I forgot to say that he likes me. This is really urgent, I really need someone’s help.
