bleeding for 12 days, now a week later bleeding again!

So I normally have a 30 day cycle. bleed quite heavy for 6 days then done. This time I started spotting 4 days before I was due it was a mix of pink and brown discharge. On day 5 bleeding was super heavy full of clots and seemed very thick. This went on for 8 days. I've been finished around 5 days and last night after BD I have started bleeding again! Glow says it's my fertile week. opks are getting darker but just don't know what's going on. we are on the 11th month of ttc after tubal reversal. I've now been referred to a fertility clinic for a hsg to check my tubes. unsure if I've had an early miscarriage. Any advice would be appreciated. **EDIT** This is this morning's opk....looks like I'm almost there?
