ovulating later on 25 day cycle

My cycles have been 25 days for the past few months. Anyway...i got a static smile on the CBAD on the Monday DTD Tues and the day before static. This would mean i ovulated roughly CD 16. My period is due in 3 days (I have a 10 day LP) would it be stupid to use a FRER tomorrow at 8dpo?!? thanks!
