Help??

Over the past year or two, I have began to think that I have depression but I don’t know what to do about it to confirm it or help it. I am flat out broke and the free student counseling at the university I go to has turned me away twice so I don’t want to go back there. I can’t talk to my parents about it because I’m afraid they will say that I’m just trying to “fit in” with millennials. I’m not really sure what to do about it.
