PleaseHelp (I Need Replies!)

I have spoke to my doctor about it twice so i have been trying to get medical help!

I went to my GP about three weeks ago now about an itchy vagina (only outside, no smell or discharge) and she gave me thrush cream! Took for about a week and a half and nothing changed except my skin started peeling off and it was looking red and scratched!

I phone back and said i need something else and she said dont use soap, apply eczema cream (which i had already as i suffer from it) and sleep with no knickers!

Ok fine i have been doing that for about a week now maybe less tbh and again NOTHING is helping! I notices a huge bit of skin hanging off this morning

And im just fed up now of being sore and itchy! For some reason it felt better yesterday but today again is awful and itchy😭😭

Anyone know? I cant speak to a doctor until tomorrow!!
