Can constipation and built up gas cause chest pains? I'm worried.

I'm 20 and for years, I have suffered from irritable bowel syndrome. I never had chest pain until today though. I have tried everything from eating fiber all the way to enemas to stop the constipation. It helps some, but nothing cleans me completely out. I rarely ever burp, but all day I've been burping, having acid reflux, and needing to go to the bathroom, yet I can't. And each time I burp or feel the need to use the bathroom my upper chest hurts. My blood pressure is 101 over 77 with a pulse of 85. I've always had high pulses, so I'm hoping this chest pain isn't serious. Advice?
