Can I use the oven after I cleaned it?

I was in a hurry and did a fast clean with soapy water and ajax. then I turned it on 300 for 8 min and after the 8 min i put in the cupcakes. now I'm worried if the chemicals will be bad. would eating the cupcakes do us harm?

What's Ajax? Is that bleach? As long as you wiped it out with plain water after scrubbing to make sure all the product was off, it should be fine. If you smell chemicals while it's on, I wouldn't eat the cupcakes. Turn it off, open it and let it air out for a few hours
