How do you feel when you smoke weed?

So I’ve been smoking weed since i was in 6th grade but not everyday. During freshman year in high school i started to smoke everyday and then one time i puked in class. I still continued to smoke but then there’s times when if i don’t eat i feel sick. Next time i smoked the fattest and longest joint (i usually smoke blunts) that I’ve ever seen with 2 other people and i think i Greened out!!! 3rd time i was in my house after having a smoking a blunt i vomit like crazy! But the thing is i think i got food poising which is why i vomit but before i ate i was kinda feeling sick after smoking. I love being high and everything but sometimes i feel sick if i don’t eat and ik that some people green out but i only greened out once. And the rest i just vomit because of food poising but why do i feel sick if i don’t eat munchies most of the time? Should i eat before and after smoking?
