Ingrowns BAD

HELP!! I used to wax my bikini area, but then I quit. Ever since I quit, I’ve been getting AWFUL I mean AWFUL ingrowns. The areas are scarred and have huge bumps. I got asked to have shower sex and refused the other night, because of them! I’m sure he would understand, but they look awful and it’s so embarrassing! I shave every 2-4 days, use Neosporin, and exfoliate. Also, I only use a razor for that area and change blades after about every 3 shaves! I’ve never had this issue before 😳😭
