Weird black thing
I got this about 4 years ago, I don’t know what caused it. It used to be a tiny brown dot. Barely noticeable. Over this past week it’s gotten bigger darker and started to become raised. Every time I touch it since it’s gotten bigger and more raised it’s started to hurt when pressed down.
Has anyone got this or had this?
Does anyone know what it could be
