Folic Acid And Vitamin D Tablets
When did you stop taking them? I’ve been taking folic acid and vitamin D tablets since 3-4 weeks pregnant I’m now 12 weeks 3 days and wasn’t sure if I can stop taking them now? It’s the 1 tablet with both in. I know you can stop taking folic acid at 12 weeks but wasn’t sure as it’s vitamin D aswell??
