Is this normal? TMI

Sorry this is gross. I’ve had this throughout my pregnancy (only 13 weeks) but it’s only been very small amounts. Scan last week everything was great. Just went to the toilet and had this. Never had it in this amount. Is this normal? Should I phone anyone? I’m not bleeding or in pain
