Bump or fat?

Question

I won’t be offended as I think it’s just fat (I am on the larger side of life) but my colleague told me baby bump and I’m not convinced. 
I’m 14 weeks 3 days

with the extra fat I didn’t start looking pregnant until 24 weeks! Being a little bigger it will definitely take awhile to see that bump but just be patient!

Between 10-16 weeks I was extremely bloated. Picture is 10 weeks...  I didnt really show until about 18 weeks, this is my 3rd a pregnancy.  I'd be more apt to say that's bloating  mixed with whatever weight you carried in belly area before pregnancy.
