My best friend of over two years is a guy that over the past few months I’ve developed a huge crush on. Weird that it took so long honestly, because we spend so much time together and I really love him as a friend.

A few nights ago he was drunk and texting me telling me he “had a secret” and was too scared to tell me because he was worried it would “ruin everything.”

So, after dancing around the topic for a while, he finally said to me,

“At one point or another, I definitely liked you.”

To which I responded by saying essentially me too.

Now, it’s been almost a week and we haven’t talked about it!! I’m going crazy!! I know, believe me, I KNOW I need to bring it up but ladies... is there any way he didn’t mean what he said? Or that because he hasn’t brought it up maybe he regrets saying it at all. I’m seriously confused and really conflicted about what to do. Help please!!
