Clomid should I do another month?

I took clomid last month as I have PCOS and my symptoms were so bad and I didn’t ovulate so I’m wondering if anyone can give me wisdom on taking it another round this month? I really don’t want to deal with the symptoms again especially because I have a hard time with nausea since I suffered from severe emetaphobia as a child. I don’t know what to do, did anyone have less symptoms the second time around or did they ovulate not the first month but the second month? I would greatly appreciate any advice or experience from you ladies! Thanks so much :)
