SCH, anyone else?

Question

Went to ER yesterday with immense pain for 3 days and then bleeding/spotting at 17 weeks.
After 7 hours at the hospital, millions of tests and 1 scan later, I was diagnosed with a subchronic hematoma. 
Anyone else have this and how long did it take to heal? Is there anything I shouldn’t do? The midwife was helpful but didn’t do a follow up before I was sent home..

I had a big bleed at 9 weeks. I spotted for 5 weeks after that and now it’s confirmed that My hematoma resolved around week 18 :).

I have two SCH. I was diagnosed at 10 weeks after a large hemorrhage with lots of clots. 
I am 24 weeks and they have not "healed" but I also haven't had any vaginal bleeding since August 2nd.
Pelvic rest and activity rest with active bleeding, until bleeding or discharge with evidence of bleeding (brown) has ceased for at least a week. 
What I have learned from SCH is it is more of an emotional complication than physical. The worry and fear constantly takes its toll.

I have two small SCHs. Pelvic rest and lots of water. I was also told to take it easy as much as I could. My doctor let me know they typically resolve on their own in 90% of cases.

I had this at every early scan. It was still there at 12 weeks but resolved by 15+2. I am 16+5 now. Try not to stress too much I know its hard. I have a connective tissue disease and blood clotting disorder so was mega panicking but all is good now thankfully and it’s quite common xx
