I put no but then I realized i guess it would technically be yes because some babies are born infected with one because it passed to them from their mother at birth.

The only way for this to happen is if yours or his mother had an STD during child birth and you contracted it via the birthing canal. If you were born c-section it wouldn’t be passed to you. But you would know essentially from birth if you had contracted an STD and you would have been treated for it already. Apart from that, if you’re both virgins with no sexual history (kissing doesn’t count either), there’s no way either of you would have an STD.

Everyone keeps talking about contracting STDs through birth, but everyone seems to have forgotten about oral sex. Virgins can still engage in oral sex and contract STDs that way.

I've heard some can be passed through birth if the mother had it, also ive heard you can get it from a toilet seat (dont know how true) I guess there is always a way
