Feeling nothing while having sex???

Im 20 and having sex for 3 years. Im always down for sex and love doing it but i dont feel anything. Literally anything, i havent felt good while having sex ever. Also i dont feel anything when someones doing oral or fingering me. I never had an orgasm with someone, but i love masturbating and can have orgasm by it.

Are there someone like me who doesnt feel good or doesnt feel nothing at all?? Its really bothering me and my doctor couldnt find any reason. Please help:(
