Is it weird to make out without tongue

Ok ladies, I'm literally SO confused 😂😂 please don't judge me, but I only ever dated/kissed one guy from the age of 15-19 (almost 20, so right now). we broke up about two months ago so I've been starting to go out with other guys. my ex and I never made out with tongue, I decided I didn't like it when we tried it back at 15 and we were eachothers first kisses so we just never ended up French kissing. we obviously made out a shit ton over the years but tongue was never involved. recently my friends told me that's weird as fuck and that they've never made out with guys without tongue. I hooked up with a guy soon after the breakup and he tried using tongue and I literally pulled back bc I had no idea what to do/kinda hated it and it was embarrassing as hell. it was awful. I met this other guy a few weeks ago and we're going on a second date tomorrow, we kissed on the first but didn't make out. now I'm nervous that we're gonna make out and I'm once again gonna have no fuckin idea what to do 😂😂😅 please help!! am I a freak?
