Light at the end of the tunnel

Please tell me there is a light at the end of the tunnel for my baby girl’s reflux. Small back story, she had trouble for the first two weeks. She was constantly losing weight and dropped under the 5lbs mark and had to be admitted into the hospital until she could start gaining weight. She was projectile vomiting 4-7x a week and having little spells where she would choke on her reflux and just scream for 10-20mins at a time. Then one day it just stopped. Now she’s at the 4 month mark and it’s getting so bad again! She’s thrown up 4x in the last 2 days. My heart just breaks for her. She’s been checked for pyloric stenosis which was clear! She’s on meds to help reduce the amount of acid in her stomach, and sits up for 20-30mins after each feed. Please tell me it gets better. 😩 here’s a picture just because I think she’s the most perfect thing in this world!
