He said he ejaculated but nothing came out of me?

My husband said that he came but when I got up to go to the bathroom to clean up... nothing came out and it’s been 24hrs and still nothing. From my experience in the past with other bfs (when I was on the pill) the semen would flow out. This time nothing... I’m not ovulating yet (in a week). First try to conceiving. Has anyone experienced this?

I would ask him but he seemed confident, it was early morning. And I would hate to bring him down.
