Should I feel bad??

My boyfriend and I are sexually active and he is the first and only person I’ve ever had sex with so I am very cautious whenever we do anything. We were fooling around today and he wanted to go further and have sex and that’s never an issue but he was out of condoms and I am not on bc yet. He wanted to go raw and he said he would pull out and not cum in me but I told him no and now he is upset with me and is calling me scary and paranoid. Am I wrong for wanting to protect myself and be safe??
