What time should I take my temperature

Can you help please Here's a list of times i have been taken my bbt temperatures so far. & Im cd8 really need to get in a routine. Most morning temps are between 5.30am and 6.30am i know i should stick to just one time for temps what should I do

Within an hour isn’t the worst thing ever. If you can consistently wake up at 5:30 I would temp then and fall back asleep on the days you don’t need to wake up that early that’s okay. 6 am would be good because temping at 5:30 a couple of times and 6:30 some other times would still give you pretty accurate results.
