Should I call the police or just not sleep
It is now 5 am my time and my upstairs neighbors have been yelling, slamming doors, running around since 1am. My dining light is shaking and you can hear everything. It sounds like an elephant is up the rest. I get it's New Years but they're not in a house, this is an apartment and I'm getting annoyed listening to them. Yell, slam, thud, thud, bang, yell.
