Itchy down there after using a shower head...(need help!)

I used a detachable shower head the other day for to help get off and since then the little bit of area around my clit(almost inner lips I guess?) itch and the itching is driving me crazy! After every time I pee is when it really starts to itch too and I don’t know why I’m itchy down there because I’ve used a shower head multiple times before. Could I of done something else that caused the area to itch or could it of been maybe the water? Please help me! I really don’t know what’s going on down there and need to know if I may have something and need to go see a doctor...?
