So emotional

During 2017 I had 3 miscarriage and this month I just felt different my boobs are super sore; I’m so tired, eating like crazy and I have some sharp pains in my left lower side I was due a blood test and my levels came back that Negative to pregnancy however I’m not due my period for another 4 days I took a test this morning and I can see the faintest line ever, but because of the blood test I just don’t know how to feel is a possible I could still be pregnant? The blood test was 3 days ago and got my faint line today. Any thoughts? Feel like a emotional reck
