need help , freaking out !!

me and my boyfriend are both 14 and were have sex with a condom , i’m not on the pill though but we had done it before . anyways we were having sex and he came just before he pulled out then we realised the condom was broken . there was some come on my bed and i went to pee and have a shower straight away. i know i’m young and we did do it protected but it broke and i’m just really fucking scared right now. he says he only came a little bit but i just need advice or reassurance or something please xxx
