pregnant?? or just overthinking??

okay like i need adviceee!!!

so i had my period two weeks ago then two days ago i went to pee and it looked like i started my period again well when i took my tampon out there was no new blood so i just left it out. okay well i took a pregnancy test and it came out negative but like should i still get a blood test to make sure i’m not pregnant?? me and my boyfriend don’t use condoms either but he always pulls out. probably not the best idea but yeah. but like my thing is, was that random blood two days ago implantation bleeding?? orr???
