Breakup pain :(

How do I stop caring my boyfriend of two years left me and got with someone else the next day? I’ve heard a lot of advice so far “go see friends” “get busy” idk what else to do. My heart still hurts. He made me feel bad about myself. Knowing he loved her and not me hurts. Knowing she’s all he ever wanted makes me feel so bad. She makes him happy and that’s all I ever wanted to do. But now he’s hers and not mine. After two and a half years.
