Am I Pregnant?

So today I have had a really dark discharge with a little bit of blood basically like spotting. I'm not really cramping or throwing up or any other symptoms but I do have tender breast but that's normal for me. I take birth control regularly but I shouldn't start my period till the end of this month am I pregnant??
