Lol. I'm assuming the 90 day rule is no sex for 90 days.
And that all depends what you mean by "working". 
Honestly, imo, discernment and basic common sense work a lot more than playing games with rules... 🤷🏽‍♀️
I mean, what do you expect to accomplish with 3 months of not having sex exactly. Do you think he is more likely to stay.. he isn't. Not JUST because you waited. That's dumb. Lol. If a dude is only into you for sex then making him wait for sex isn't going to somehow magically change that. If a guy is into you for more than sex then  having sex with him will not change his mind, regardless how soon it happens.
I think you're better off developing your sense of better judgement and character judgement than you are holding out for some "magical" number of days.

I was my husband’s first “one night stand”. 5 years, 1 house, 2 fur babies, and one daughter on the way we couldn’t be happier. 
Not going to lie, love throwing that back at my mom who is a huge “don’t give away the milk for free” person 😂. The right person comes along and none of the rules matter (and, if it’s the wrong person waiting 90 days also won’t matter). You just have to do what you’re comfortable with.

I couldnt do it....I always say I'm not wasting 90 days with someone to find out they have horrible sex (I know sex isnt everything but its ALOT) I waited 3 dates with the guy I'm dating now 🤷‍♀️

I believe that most people, especially females do this '90 day rule' because they're tired of being hurt and used. But what I believe is that if the guy only wants sex, it doesn't matter how long you wait, he'll still leave after it happens. So whether u have sex 2 days after, 2 weeks after or even 2 months after, if sex was all he wanted, then he'll be leaving.. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Yes! Mine was actually a 4 year rule because I saved myself for marriage and we didn’t do anything sexual at all until marriage. 
Everyone is different and everyone has different standards.

It depends on the mans intentions from the beginning. If that’s all he wants he’ll “wait” 90 days while having sex with someone else until he gets it. But he really likes you and y’all have sex after 2 weeks he may still be around it’s all in the intentions.

Never tried it lol my current boyfriend, I just moved in with him "officially", like both our names are on a place but we've basically been together 24/7 since the start, because we also work together on the same team. We officially started dating in April 2017. 
But before we were dating, he was my best friend and friend with benefits.
