Painful orgasms

I’ve been sexually active for the past year and a half and ever since then I’ve been having painful orgasms. Before I started having sex, my orgasms would be pleasurable and mind shattering. But ever since my boyfriend and I have had sexual intercourse, every orgasm has been painful. The sex is amazing and fun. I just can’t enjoy the sex as much when I know my orgasms make my insides feel like they’re shredding.

Does anyone have any idea as to why they’re painful?
