Oh my goodness, yes!! With my first pregnancy I was so convinced af was coming, because I was cramping so much and had the worst lower back pain. Once af didn’t arrive after over a week, I got a BFP! I kept telling my doctor how bad I felt, and dr said it was completely normal unless I was bleeding or cramps weren’t tolerable or worsened. Pregnancy feels almost identical to pms symptoms. That’s why it’s so hard to tell the difference. The only thing different was my breasts didn’t hurt like they normally do before af, but my nipples were extremely tender, which doesn’t really happen to me before af. Of course everyone is different.

i had my actual period with my son. I had my period for 5 days and one day was quite heavy so i never at all thought i was pregnant until a week or 2 later my partner told me to take a test because i was “ a moody cow” and turns out i was 😂 he’s guessed both times and i never had any symptoms 🤦🏼‍♀️
