Advice on my dumb self

So I had unprotected sex two weeks ago, I’m on birth control so my dumbass didn’t use a condom (: but I was brushing my teeth earlier and just threw up out of nowhere. Trust me that’s very out of character for me and I know I’m on birth control and I’m probably fine but just my luck I’m not and I don’t wanna get dragged for choices I shouldn’t have made but any advice would be great.
