What should I do?

My boyfriend and I haven’t talked in days I’m heartbroken because I was there whenever he needed me he used to text & call all the day and I would skip sleeping studying family gatherings just to be with him but suddenly he turned into another guy he can go days without even checking on me I tried to ask him about it & he keeps telling me stupid excuses but I think he’s distancing himself I cannot take it anymore so do you think it’s okay to block him & move on?
