My boyfriend freaks out whenever I’m on his phone

Sooo i’ve been with my boyfriend for over a year now and he’s obsessed with his phone. Usually when we are together he’s always on it, he even would rather be on his phone than talk to me. It’s usually just scrolling through facebook or instagram but he never really had a problem with me on his phone. Until recently, he has started freaking out whenever i even touch his phone saying that it’s none of my business and that “i’m not gonna find anything”. Is this something you guys would be worried about??
