Looking for a friend or 2🤷🏻‍♀️

Okay... so here’s the deal. I’m struggling like really bad to make friends I’m really really shy and I don’t really put myself out there if you know what I mean. Every time I have I have always gotten judged for who I am and I guess I’m just kinda looking for a friend or two. I’ve never been the girl to have a ton of friends or to be the popular one I’ve always been in my own little shell. How do I change that? How do I make friends without making a bad impression? I just get kinda lonely sometimes.
