Hey I think I’m being really dumb and it would be great if someone could confirm this to me :)

So when you finish a pack, a months worth, of the combination pill, my instructions say to wait seven days before starting my next pack, for my period.

Do you start again ON the 7th day or AFTER the 7th day?

I started the pack I’m on now on a Wednesday and (I think) it also finishes on a Wednesday. Does that mean I should always start the pack on a Wednesday? Or will I start the next pack on a Thursday, meaning the cycle will always move up a day?

Please help, because I think I’ve been doing it wrong the past few months. I don’t want to risk losing or reducing that 99% of protection.
