*PLEASE HELP* My parents won't let me go to therapy even though I really need it

Literally all of my teachers told them that I need therapy but they have not acted upon that request. I can't go to the school's therapist because that requires parental consent, which they won't give. The counselor agreed to help, but said that I will definitely need to see a therapist because anxiety and depression aren't her specialty. I'm going to the doctor for my annual physical on Tuesday but I don't feel comfortable talking to him about it in front of my parents. What do I do? I'm 14 and I'm going to be a freshman this year. I've already tried talking about it to them so many time but they dont listen. That's why my teachers had a meeting with them. Please help.
