Post partum period 4-5 weeks??? Tampons??? Anyone else?

I was only have light brown discharge and today I'm bleeding again. I'll be 5 weeks post partum on sunday. Anyone else get their period back this early? Thats what I'm assuming it is? 
If its my period would it be safe to use tampons? IM SO OVER PADS... Omg.

I used at tampon at 4 weeks. I was throwing a pool party and decided to risk it. It hurt at first but was ok after the initial one. I've heard you shouldn't but I've never been one to follow rules.  I judge base off my body and feelings.

I was told absolutely nothing at all inside until after 6 weeks, so I wouldn't use tampons yet.
