Why does my belly button piercing bleed?

I’ve had my belly button pierced for 10 months. Long story short at about 6 months it was healing fine but I’m dumb and decided to change it and apparently it was not healed well enough and it bled a tiny bit and formed a hypertrophic scar/ bump. I got that to go away with no pull piercing discs. It looks fine from the outside but it’s still sore and bleeds randomly Every few weeks I’ll see a tiny bit of blood on the bar for no reason. I don’t hit or sleep on it. What’s wrong with it ? Is it going to heal?
