Rash?

Waiting to hear back from her dr. She doesn't have a fever and is playing normally. Not scratching herself or anything.

Anyone know what it could be?
She was like this when I picked her up yesterday at 4pm from my moms house.

Did she have her MMR & Chicken pox vaccines within the last couple weeks?

Was she recently sick? We had something similar but not quite as bad that the doc said can come as aftermath of viruses

My little one had almost the exact same thing a few weeks ago. Took him to the doctor and she said it’s likely a virus. He never ran a fever or had any other symptoms. It went away on its own a few days later.

Oh god 😳 no advice but hopefully it's something small like an allergic reaction to new laundry power? 
Have you tried the glass over skin, if it disappears it's fine if not it could be meningitis and take LO to emergency room. 
Looks uncomfortable ☹
