Sore nipples and breasts?

Question

Is it normal to have sore breasts and nipples while on the combo pill and not be pregnant? I haven’t had sex in almost a year- and my nipples and breasts hurt. I’ve also been on the pill for awhile. I also get my period (should be) in 3 days. 
Again- haven’t had sex since November 12, 2018.

Answer

After being on the pill for a year, my doctor discovered I have low natural estrogen. This was due to being on the pill. My body was so used to the artificial estrogen I start producing almost no natural estrogen. This causes me to have intense nipple and breast pain except the week I’m on my period. But for three weeks of the month my breast and nipples are severe hurt. You may want to get your hormones checked or considering switching to a different brand.
