Ughhhh what do I do

I haven't had a period in 7 months and so i went and saw my primary doctor he sent me for blood work and a ultrasound. The bloodwork came back and my FSH level is low so I need to see a Endocrinologist but then i get my period and he told me when I saw him that even if I get my period I still need to go see the endocrinologist and get my ultrasound so I'm still going to go do that but my period Has been so so so heavy like I usually have light to moderate period and it has been so extremely heavy and I have been in such horrible pain the entire time and I don't know what it is and I don't know if I should go set up an appointment for gyno too because this is so weird or I should just wait till I go see an endocrinologist I don't know what to do will somebody give me a pointer of what to do
